Fresh install of Tumbleweed done on 26/09.
During install process the OSS and Non OSS repos gave 404 errors. Also, the Download links for Tumbleweed Netinstall mirrors in China, DE, PL all were down.
Using HTTPS instead of HTTP helped.
Since installation there are errors reported while refreshing Repos.
Pasted below are the Terminal outputs for “zypper ref” :

You can disable the libdvdcss repository as soon as you have installed libdvdcss from it. It never changes and refreshing it only takes time (has nothing to do with your problem though).
You seem to have three (3) repositories names as Packman. In fact you need only one, but as there is no repository list posted, we can not really check what you have.
You are having (at least one) Leap 15.0 repos here, while this thread is about Tumbleweed.
My conclusion: it is best to start a new thread as a Leap 15 one and post the output there with a repo list
zypper lr -d
And please always post complete: the prompt with the command, the output and the next prompt. Do not remove or change lines or words in what you copy/paste between the CODE tags. Other people are trusting you that what you post is unaltered.
I now see that you have a;ready asked for help aboutthis problem here: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/532510-dependency-resolution-failed-and-curl-issues
Please do NOT double post. Please do not post about your problem in other peoples threads when it is not EXACTLY your problem. And in this case it is not exactly your problem because this one is about Tumbleweed and your is Leap 15.0.
Please stay with your own threads, because you are confusing people.
i am really annoyed with this opensuse problems please help somebody. i want stable version linux for daily use as a developer can u suggest me one too??
