OpenSUSE Intel Tiger Lake-LP Smart Sound Audio issue

Hello I am very new for Open SUSE and I am using 2025-07-16 release Tumbleweed.
I am also new for Linux and trying to solve issues from forums and internet. Today I have installed Open SUSE latest Tumbleweed release everything is ok, but no sound. I have down below sound card. How can I fix that?
there is sound icon right down corner of screen and it says no devices for input or autput.

Thanks a lot hui, yes it was the problem but I can not install that and luckily I have figured out from another old topic in the Open SUSE forum, here is the URL down below:

So here are(in my opinion) the things you should do after openSUSE install. Install sof-firmware. If you have no sound on your system, fret not. open a terminal, type in: sudo zypper in sof-firmware. Then reboot. For intel bay trail or cherry trail systems after reboot, open a terminal and type in: sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/sof.conf Add: options snd_sof sof_debug=1 Save the changes with Ctrl+ X and confirm with yes . Press Enter and then reboot the system. Install multimedia codecs …
