In this case, which option to choose from packman or openSuse?

There are several threads about the ffmpeg-5-mini-libs topic. Uninstall ffmpeg-5-mini-libs (the dev gave you already a hint: ‘this-is-only-for-build-envs’) and install ffmpeg-5 instead.

For the second problem i have chosen solution 1.

But what happens when you do not have anything from ffmpeg-5 installed already and it is trying to install ffmpeg-5-mini-libs-5.1.2-10.1.x86_64 on the zypper dup? Why is it trying to install ffmpeg-5-mini-libs-5.1.2-10.1.x86_64 if it is only for build environment?

Normal routine update

sudo zypper -vv ref && sudo zypper -vvv dup

Here the forum colleague has another opinion @hui ui

If you don’t have changed the standard settings and adjusted your system it will be installed as recommends. Thats’s why.

Everybody has another opinion about that. I outlined my solution on my systems. Both solutions will work in the end. The other guy wants to wait several days…me not. As i regularly do follow up checks on my system i also will get the package on my system after some days…but i have a completely updated and patched system until then. The other guy not…
