2 days ago, I did sudo zypper dup, and reboot.
Then my Gnome display became:
Today, I goto Gnome-Software, and there are 2 updates. Which I installed both and reboot. Then Gnome resume normal again.
(I am not sure if the same 2 updates are there before / after the zypper dup updates.)

One of those updates appeared some 2 hours ago and contain Mesa 24.1.1-385.1 that fixes said problem.
