I have been experiencing some issues while updating my OpenSuse 15.4 installation for quite some time now.
Attached, you will find the error screenshots and a list of enabled repositories for your reference. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you might have for resolving these issues.
As pointed out by @nrickert the support for Leap 15. 4 ended already in December 2023! You are using a product which does no longer recieve any security updates or bugfixes! That is why the metadata isn’t updated any longer.
Additionally, your repo list is missing the most important information: the URL. Next time better show
If “zypper refresh –force” throws error messages then, the Leap 15.4 repositories are definitely no longer being maintained …
On the other hand, if the URLs indicated by “zypper repos –uri” are all reachable and, have valid content then, you can at least patch to the last valid Leap 15.4 package versions.
If you still have issues with the now “cold” Leap 15.4 repositories then, you’ll have to upgrade to Leap 15.5.

Product end of support
Codestream: openSUSE Leap 15 2024-12-31
Product: openSUSE Leap 15.5 2024-12-31
No packages with end of support different from product.

Your output only confirms that you have Leap 15.4 repos. Which all answers above already took into account.
Repeating them: Leap 15.4 is End of Life, there are no updates anymore (since December 2023), it is dead, you should upgrade to 15.5, or juts sit down and continue with it when you prefer that.
