Second, why are you using dup? dup is distribution upgrade. Like say you are going from 11.2 to 11.3, or Factory. If it’s a new install, it should be zypper up. Zypper/Usage/11.2 - openSUSE
Thirdly, paste the entire list, or out put. If you want to use pastebin, fine, but I need to see it all.
Package management is my thing. I have 73 repositories on my system. I can handle it. But again, for me to help you, your going to need to post the requested info.

OK. Stop re-installing the operating system.
You don’t need the following;
1 | repo-debug | openSUSE-11.2-Debug | No | Yes | 99 | NONE | Index of /debug/distribution/11.2/repo/oss |
Do this. Bring up YaST>Software Management
In the Software Management module I want you to notice the tabs on top. It defaults to search. Change the tab, by clicking on the Patterns tab. Notice how it lists things like KDE and GNOME. Tick the GNOME Desktop Environment. This should also fulfill the GNOME Base System.
That will get you started. Once those are checked, click accept, and you should be on your way.
