Hello. I’m trying to upgrade my 11.4 to 12.1 with zypper dup. When zypper needs to download the package oxygen-icon-theme-scalable, it starts downloading as usual. However, at 99%, speed drops to 0 bytes/second and sits here. After some minutes, I get a timeout and retry, ignore, abort. Am I the only one with this issue? Packages previous to this were downloading normally.
