When I open Zenmap in SUSE 11.2 (with KDE) the target box is grayed out and I can’t enter an address range in the box. Even though I do realize that I can enter an address at the command line, it would be nice to have an idea as to what the problem might be.
I have had this problem with both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions in both user and super-user modes.
I have the same problem. As soon as I edit the command-line to add a target, that target appears in the target field and may be selected there, but ist still not editable.
This may be related to Nmap Development: Re: Zenmap usability upgrade: command line modification. As far as I understand there is a feature that if you edit the command-line in zenmap, the profile and target fields will become blank. The target field should only be available if a profile with no target specified (in the profile settings) is selected.
Would be a nice idea but is useless as it is working right now (zenmap 5.00 from opensuse 11.2).
