Strangely the docker image for Tumbleweed comes with busybox-which
I tried to uninstall it but less requires /usr/bin/which
In the end the solution was to install the which package :
sudo zypper install which

Resolving package dependencies...

I ran into a weird problem last year with busybox-which.
It can cause conflicts when installing certain applications, such as:
env LANG=C sudo zypper install simple-scan

This seems not to be a bug but caused by individual package selection whilst installation…individual package selection needs more attention from the user.
