Following up from Xfce: xfwm4 crashes (BadValue) on Leap 15.6, leaving no window borders etc - #3 by tserong because that thread was automatically closed 30 days ago and I can’t reply to it anymore… I discovered that if I add my user to the video group (i.e. sudo usermod -G video -a tserong) my various problems with glx using the nvidia proprietary drivers go away.
