i’ve just installed opensuse 11.2,on my dell inspiron 1525.
net by cable is working o.k.,but i can’t detect any wireless connection.
how can we set wireless on the laptop?
help would be usefull…

Connection are managed via the network manager in the sys tray
Open a terminal and post the result of this:
/sbin/lspci -nnk

The device with IDs 14e4:4315 needs one of the following (listed in my order of
preference):
(1) a 2.6.32 kernel
(2) the compat-wireless package
(3) the Broadcom-wl driver
Of those, the compat-wireless package is the easiest to install, assuming that
the packagers have gotten their act together.
