I have a problem to join win7 machine to opensuse 11.2 samba domain. I’ve added registry keys DNSNameResolutionRequired=0 and DomainCompatibilityMode=1 to the win 7 registry. But then when I try to connect it to domain I’m getting: “device attached to the system is not functioning” message. But strange is that machine is added to the LDAP.
Can somebody give me some hint, how to continue?
