Which ATI driver for 11.1 install?

I’m getting ready to descend into the depths and
attempt to install 11.1/KDE4 with an ATI card. I’m
sure it will be a complete joy and I will have no problems
at all <eg> Of course if something were to go wrong,
which ATI driver version might be a good place to start with?

I installed fglrx_7_4_0_SUSE111-8.561-1.i386.rpm with no problems at all.

I downloaded the drivers from the ati site and also installed the development kernel before running the install as per the instructions on the ati site.
There is another tread that will give the intructions in the hardware section.
