And why would you need those anyway?

I’ll try to add support for Factory (11.3) in my OBS repo (Index of /repositories/home:/anshuljain:/ubuntu_patch/KDE_Factory_Desktop) which has Ubuntu specific patches for cairo, xft, freetype and fontconfig, sometime this weekend.
