You show only some output. We have no idea what you are doing. Normally one posts things complete: starting with the prompt and the command, then all output and at the end the new prompt.
When that is not applicable, then at least explain what you are doing.

There is nothing to do for you. As long as you do not manually downgrade selinux-policy the migration will do its thing. If you compare both mentioned folders you will find that their content is identical or nearly identical. After a while the content of /var/lib/selinux will be deleted, the empty folder will remain. I had the same message on my non-btrsf system and all went well.

No, there is no need to delete that folder.

There were already people guessing that. And their guess seems to be corrects. But please for next time remember that guessing is often the starting point for much confusion. Thus do start a topic without assuming people are clairvoyant.
