Which of these five shown in the screenshot do you mean especially?
The upper two are snapper snapshots. See documentation for openSUSE snapper. If you don’t use snapper, these are simply boot entries for the actual and former kernels. The amount is defined by the multiversion kernel entry in zypp.conf. All linux distributions have the possibilty to boot from a former/older kernel.
Or do you mean the 3 lower ones? (Windows bootloader, standard EFI bootloader, BIOS)
manythanks I meant the first two, I don’t use snapper btrfs so they are the same that in grub was under “special settings for opensuse…” or similar
