I can connect to webmin on my server using localhost:10000 but I end up being kicked back to the prompt after the system saves a file called "Index.html.1. ( This file seems to contain the log in info for webmin.) .
I would like to know what I am missing. Thanks in advance for any assista:(nce you can give.
This is not an answer to your question, just some background info: Webmin doesn’t work well with openSUSE 11.4 (and presumably 12.1) and the goss is that it will be removed when its removal is convenient for the package maintainers.
