VMware Workstation 10.0.1 Not running

Everytime I try to open VMware Workstation this pops out:

GNU C Compiler (gcc) version 4.7.2 was not found. If you installed it in a non-default
path you can specify the path below. Otherwise refer to your distribution’s documentation
for installation instructors and click Refresh to search again in default locations.

What I’m I supposed to do? Thanks

You have to install ‘gcc’, as the message says.

In yast package management, select the “base development” pattern and
install it.
