How can I install yast virtualization on Kalpa and have virt-manager working like I currently have on Tumbleweed?
I already have Distrobox with Tumbleweed, I installed yast2 and yast2-vm from there, but I can’t get virt-manager gui on the desktop.
Is it possible to operate with virt-manager as on a normal Tumbleweed?
Yast2 is not supported on Kalpa.
The easiest way to run kvm virtual machines is with the virt-manager flatpak Install Virtual Machine Manager on Linux | Flathub
It has a user-mode component that allows you to run your virtual machines.
Your other option is to install the requisite qemu/kvm packages via transactional-update

Thanks sfalken,
I’ll try with flatpak.
