Everytime if YaST2 online update is running there is an error with downloading

In former times this file could be downloaded during the 2nd or 3rd try. Now after ten times or more it doesn’t downloaded. Everytime it is closed before downloaded completely (different remaining bytes every time).
What is going wrong?
What’s the reason that the download everytime starts with downloading at the beginning instead of continue with the remaining bytes only?
