Using Oracle Virtual Box

Good Day guys

Trying out virtual box that I installed recently
how ever when I tried to run this
it prompted this error

Virtualbox - Error
VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration has been enabled, but is not operational.
Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX)
require this feature.

Please ensure that you have enabled VT-x/AMD-V properly in the BIOS of your host computer.

I guess I installed the VM properly, i guess its on the settings, not really sure, first time I’ve used oracle Virtual box

any help is much appreciated

Long Live Linux!!!

Jomar808, have you run your BIOS setup as suggested to look for, find and enable the Virtualization BIOS option as suggested? On many PC’s this is disabled and must be turned on to allow this to function. VirtualBox is a great program to use in openSUSE. ](https://www.virtualbox.org/)
