User Missing in "User Management" List

I have configured three users on my machine. However, when I go to User Management, I only see two of those users. I discovered this when trying to change two of the users’ passwords. I know the third user is there somewhere because it shows up on the login screen. Also, I can manually change the password from the terminal. Also, if I try to “add” a user with the same name, it won’t let me.

BTW: I am using Plasma 5 (and loving it!).

How can I cause the missing user to show up in User Management?

There are bug reports about such problems:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336994
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339784

In openSUSE you can also use YaST to manage your users though.

Thanks for the info about the bug reports. It’s easy enough [albeit much slower] to manage users in YaST. I am also comfortable with the terminal.
