Now, having only the standard installation repositories I only see 5.14 as the only available version of the kernel.
Different versions, including 5.18, I see them available on the “Software OpenSUSE” site only from repositories like “home:”, you mean one of those?
I see a 5.15, a 5.16, two 5.18s and a 5.19rc, all from the “home:” repository.
Is there one that you recommend in particular?

Yes, the 5.18.x kernel-default from the URI provided in comment #23, which is not from any home: repo. Save Kernel:stable.repo to /etc/zypp/repos.d/ to enable it to be installed with zypper or YaST just like any other package.
