Hello all. How do I upgrade the kernel to 2.6.35 in openSUSE 11.3 x64?
Do I add: Index of /repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_Factory to yast and switch system packages from that repo?

Basically that’s it indeed, but if I were you I’d use the 11.3-repo instead of Factory.
This would be better
Index of /repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_11.3
Be warned this should not be taken lightly.
And you will find at times that all the packages don’t get updated at once. And you may have to drop some packages like preload.

We must be Borg then… kinda spooky. 
And note, that you will see the uninstall of the preload kernel module…
Tested this kernel yesterday, weird mouse and keyboard behahaviour forced me to return to the 11.3 distro kernel.
