upgrade gnome

how to upgrade gnoome 3.2 to gnome 3.4 .
i have iso image of gnome 3.4

Unless I am mistaken it would probably help if you were a wee bit more specific about the problem. For example:

What version of OpenSUSE and what iso you are using to upgrade. There probably is a gnome repo that you can upgrade to but I am not sure. As I have never done this myself (I am a relative opensuse newbie) I will not advise anything.

Assuming you are using 12.1
Add this repo
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/GNOME:/STABLE:/3.4/openSUSE_12.1/

And use the switcher on it

i m using opensuse 12.1
i had downloaded iso image 3.4
so how can i upgrade gnome using iso image

It’s much easier and secure to follow caf4926’s advice … lol!

If it is what I think (you don’t give a link to the web page with that
iso), it is a live for testing it, or to install fresh a new system. Not to
upgrade.
