I don’t know why is 155, I suppose the 155 has been automatically inserted, I didn’t inserted it, I remember that usually the site ask to insert the tag and I wasn’t asked to insert.
sorry, I supposed that an update was enough standard to be clear,
I used yast>software management>Package>All Packages>Update if newer version available
and the conflicts appeared.

so in my KDE argon what I have to do to update to plasma 5.27.6??

so we at least have an idea from which repository this package comes. No package provides qt5qmlimport(org.kde.userfeedback.kcm.1) even on Tumbleweed.
