No blacklist in GRUB config or elsewhere, tried force reinstalling:
zypper in -f $(rpm -qa |grep -i ‘xorg-|mesa-*|libglvnd’)
Just boots to command prompt. Followed openSUSE Wiki & uninstalled NVIDIA from YaST, no errors. Plymouth shows custom Geeko spinner theme correctly, then spits out to tty.

Fresh install time!!!
I guess rolling, especially Plasma 6 upgrade had me in a package mess. Clean install & my wallpaper slideshow not borked for one, solved a multitude of papercut bugs!
