When using opensuse-migration-tool to ugrade from Leap 15.6 to Leap 16.0 a successful upgrade ends with the message
Dry run completed, feel free to continue.
It does not mention that the computer needs to be rebooted.
When checking with zypper ps -s it is clear that the computer needs to be rebooted.
The dry-run-message also occurs when the upgrade has not succeeded. I encountered an error during the upgrade (see 191786 and had to choose abort. The toll then asked whether I wanted to use selinux, apparmor or 32bit software which I skipped with Cancel. Then the dry-run-message was displayed. This time the repositories where from the Leap 16.0 openSUSE service, with releasever set to 15.6, but with incorrect URLs (as 16.0 uses quite different paths than 15.6).
Should I report this as a bug? And if yes, how to do that?
