hi -
i am unable to ssh until i actually ping my laptop from my opensuse server. once my ping, then everything works.
i am using tumbleweed. my firewall active zone (home), has ssh enabled. ssh itself works fine once i do the ping.
arp -a on my mac results in an incomplete mac address for my server. that may be the issue, but unsure how to fix it.
any help is appreciated.
Does it work if you stop firewalld on the server?
I realized the issue may be is because of the intermittent wifi issues. I created a new issue for that.
