i use suse tumbleweed, when i start a software i get this message

You’ll need to provide more information where this software is from…

Where you downloaded (a link?)
If it was installed from an RPM package, the following command provides plenty of info about the app

zypper info *packagename *

If the app was built from source, a link to that might be useful, too.
If there is a guide or a website associated with the app, that might be useful, too.
