Too many bootloader entries

I was distrohopping and settled on Leap 15.4 but right before the login screen, I’m greeted with numerous entries from various other Linux distributions that I was trying out.

I’m not sure where I went wrong on the install…

How do i get rid of them ?
(None of them “work”, they don’t boot into anything, except for my actual main OS (Leap 15.4))

Use Yast Boot Loader.

Uncheck that box “Probe Foreign OS”.

After you click OK to accept the changes, it should remove the others.

Alternatively, you can reformat “/dev/sda1” and “/dev/sda3” to erase the systems on those disks. You can use Yast Partitioner for that.
