To upgrade/reinstall Tumbleweed?

Have just upgraded from Leap15 to Tumbleweed, and a little disappointed, as, generally, doesn’t seem to be working very well, overall… (Nothing real specific, but a general feeling…)
Should I just bite the bullet, and do a fresh install??
Pros/Cons?

As you do not explain how you upgraded, you can expect no useful comment if you did correct or not.

I am not running TW, but when I would go for it from my 15.3, I would most certainly do a fresh install while keeping user data.

OTOH, having “a general feeling” is not a very trustworthy base a technical path to go on.
