Thunderbird open link only in Firefox, how change this

Hello
I am a user of OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20241028 (KDE Plasma: 6.2.2), recently about 3-4 months.
I have no problem with the system, but one thing is unacceptable.
How to change Thunderbird so that links open in my main browser (Opera), and not in Firefox. (Firefox, I need it in a few situations, but it is not used on a daily basis).

Please help.

this seems to be a bug in KDE/Plasma, as I am on GNOME, and this doesn’t happen (it opens the default browser)

Did you set Opera as your standard browser in Systemsettings?

yes, have opera as a flatpak, set it to default browser, and then it opened in opera.

Yes:

This link might help, sounds more complicated when it actually is.

I am sure there are other ways, but I don’t use Thunderbird and can’t check.

@swannema great work

Your link help my, but little i change this instruction

  1. I search early how resolv this problem, and i hed values on True for options: network.protocol-handler.warn-external.http and network.protocol-handler.warn-external.https
    But they i dont have monit to choose which browser i have open link (http, or https)
  2. I next step must choose [Always ask] in Preferences >> General >> Files & Attachments for Content Type: https
  3. After restart Thunderbird, and clic link i can choose on wich browser i open this link
