Thunderbird calendar events and task buttons missing.

On my other systems (Leap 15.3) when running Thunderbird I have two small icons, for tasks and events, in the top right hand corner above the Mail Toolbar. On my TW laptop these have gone from this location. Instead I get these in a strip down the left side of the screen below the File heading in the menu bar.
Please could somebody help me find how to change these settings so I get the icons where I want them. I may be getting slow but I cannot find the relevant settings.

TW runs thunderbird 102 while leap 15.4 runs thunderbird 91. New location for calendar and tasks must be due to large upgrades put in-place in version 102. This is advertised alot. I can’t immediately see how to revert thunderbird back to old configuration. Perhaps downgrade tw version to older version.
