The transmission application version on openSuse Tumbleweed 20230313 is outdated, being in version 3.0, and the current version is 4.0.2, according to the official website ( Releases · transmission/transmission · GitHub ).
@Serial.com you need to understand that openSUSE is a ‘do-ocrity’ those that do, make it so.
A quick check shows it had not been forwarded to Factory, it has now (you can do it too)
