Hello to everyone.
I’ve just tried to install MicroOS. It went well, but at a certain point a warning message appeared on the screen :
the control code expected for the file /var/adm/mount/AP_0x1Hz38Z/x86_64/kernel-default-6.4.6-1.1.x86_64.rpm is X but the current control code is Y. File has been modified accidentally or by the perpetrator of an attack since the creator of the repository signed it.
Is this a normal behavior or not ? what should I do to fix it ? thanks.
I doubt very much that this is the actual message. If you cannot copy-paste it, at least provide screenshot.
I come from italy. I have translated from the italian to the english language. It was easier to do like this than making a screenshot because I saw it during the installation when there can’t be tools able to make screenshots.
@ziomario Hi and welcome to the Forum
So what type of install are you performing, DVD Image, SelfInstall image etc?
Also what snapshot release of MicroOS?
The error appeared when I tried to install “openSUSE-MicroOS-DVD-x86_64-Snapshot20230731-Media.iso”,but I did not see it when I’ve installed “openSUSE-MicroOS-DVD-x86_64-Snapshot20230804-Media.iso” ; so actually I don’t have the problem anymore.
