Text Box Relying on Factory

Well,

Currently I am not seeing much “movement” into the “official 11.2 Milestone repos”, so I decided to adventure myself with a “full system update” over the Factory repositories.

I always have been warned about the instability of Factory, but I am running this 11.2 Milestone 1 as experimental box virtual-machine, so I am not too worried about eventual failures that could arise after the update.

As final comment:
Last issues I noticed with “official” Milestone 1, are that:

  1. FileZilla doesn’t works at all under Gnome desktop.
  2. beagle HTTP indexing in FireFox is freezing the desktop

I think beagle needs changes in its design architecture.

Into 11.2, also “xsreensaver” is buggy (at least under my Virtualbox installation):
Whenever screensaver starts, then there is no way to unlock it.
