Switch from gnome to budgie 10.10

Hi, i’m using gnome on tumbleweed virtualbox guest (host is windows 11).
Sometimes, suddenly gnome session is closed and i have to login again. I tried lot of suggested solutions both on o.s. and on virtualbox configuration without success.
I would like to test with a different desktop environment. Is it possibile to switch to new budgie 10.10 that fully support wayland, removing gnome without conflicts/problems?
Thanks a lot
Br

I guess that what you see is a VirtualBox problem. Anyway generally speaking you can install several desktop environments on openSUSE, no need to uninstall Gnome if you want to test Budgie.
That said, what I see in the oss repo for Tumbleweed is
| budgie-desktop | package | 10.9.3+0-2.1 | x86_64 | repo-oss
so maybe you have to wait a bit for Budgie 10.10
Once installed you should be able to select which DE to use at the login screen.
