I use some activities on KDE and that is actually a major reason to have KDE as a desktop environment.
After updating from 15.6 to 16.0 the keybindings to switch to next Activity (back and forward) simply do not work and I have searched the entire System Settings and there is no options to actually set that key bindings.
The Meta key seems to not be working .
Is this a problem with Leap 16 or only on my particular setup ?

Just found a way to reprogram the activity shortcuts but for some reason does not seem to work with the meta key as was the case previously.
On system settings → keyboard → shortcuts → Plasma Desktop …
There are options to choose shortcuts to the Next Activity … so far it does not work with the meta key I will found more about this and come back here to sort this out.
I have found a way.
My previous Leap 15.6 had a key binding with Meta+Tab moving to the next activity and the previous activity was Meta+Shift+Tab.
Now the shortcuts do not accept a Shift key for some reason.
But there is another option that can be configured with the Meta+Tab keys and does the same as before and the option is : Walk through Activities.
I assigned the Meta+Tab to this option and now I get a similar behavior no problem.
For those with the same issue that is what I’ve done.
