Super + P for kde?

I’m using Wayland with KDE but want to use only my external monitor only. Is there an option like on Windows when I click the windows button and p it will show a menu for the same thing?

Didn’t test with Wayland but with X11 the shortcut works and is assigned by default.
Did you check the Plasma systemsettings->Shortcuts?

Thx for messaging, turns out it was open but since my laptop screen is busted I couldn’t see it. I just clicked Super + P again and hit the left arrow 2 times and entered and it worked.

You (@Z-astonish) state your problem is solved, but I thought I’d step in.

With our Dell (and Lenovo) laptop, with the lid closed (and powered off), we simply click it into its docking station, then touch the power On button.

It fires up and all video output (obviously) goes to the external Dell 38" KVM monitor, plus the external full size keyboard. No Super + P needed. You might check into it.

This only works when you have a docking station (which is rarely the case in a pure private home environment…) with a power on switch. The question was how to get the popup to switch between different monitor setups.

i have dock without power swirtch it takes power from usb-c and you can get that screen pressing

if i am correct it dosent need to have docks or anything if it dosent popup autmatically since it does that on one time when switching layout and saves it when it detects new layout or screens it will popup but always is option to puol it down and activate
