I’ve some difficulting to make steam work.
I follow this : Steam - openSUSE Wiki and the troubleshooting
I’ve installed grub2-compat-ia32 on leap 16, reboot , but still have this error : You are missing the following 32-bit libraries, and Steam may not run:
libc.so.6
I can’t figure out what is the problem. Is someone have some idea?

This package has bug and its installation does nothing. Add the necessary kernel parameter manually.
In a terminal:
sudo zypper in selinux-policy-targeted-gaming
sudo update-bootloader --add-option ia32_emulation=1
sudo update-bootloader --config
and than reboot
Hey, linux somewhat-newbie here. Your advice helped me run the steam file, but so far I’m still getting errors when trying to run steam. More specifically I’m getting this output:

My current theory is that it has something to do with missing dependencies. When I try to install steam from the games repo with zypper, I get 2 problems, first is
nothing provides 'gtk2-engine-oxygen-32bit' needed by the to be installed steam-1.0.0.85-lp160.2.1.x86_64
From what I can find there is no such package for leap 16.0. If I choose to ignore it I come across a second problem
the to be installed steam-1.0.0.85-lp160.2.1.x86_64 requires '(libvulkan_radeon-32bit if libvulkan_radeon)', but this requirement cannot be provided
and the proposed solution is to uninstall an incredibly long list of packages from my system, many of which shouldn’t even be related to this issue (such as smplayer). If I choose to ignore it, it brings me back to this point, so it’s either deinstalling a list of packages too long to fit in this message, or not following through, and I’m definitely not following through this scary-looking list. So my current guess is that I’m missing some other package and/or maybe that I need for the steam package itself to update its dependency list, but I don’t know exactly what I’m missing
