I am using openSUSE for maybe 15 years and I solved countless of issues during those years mostly by googling. However, now I am struggling with this one for several weeks and don’t know what to do 
When I boot, I go through grub and then I see this error:
hub 10-0:1.0: config failed, hub doesn’t have any ports!
Guys, do you have any idea how to solve it?
PS: I have a Windows 11 in dual boot which works. So, the HW, BIOS, etc. should be ok.
The message is related to your mobo. It’s not going to do any harm.

Does your setup not actually load into Leap? Or is it just that you see hub 10-0:1.0: config failed, hub doesn’t have any ports! flash briefly on the display but it still continue to the desktop environment?
I used to see this, for a setup of mine. Starting from Kernel 6.18, I no longer see the message. Leap is on 6.12.
Some have talked about workarounds here (Hub 10-0:1.0: config failed, hub doesn't have any ports! (err -19) / Installation / Arch Linux Forums).
This was the actual fix for me which came in Kernel 6.18 (Making sure you're not a bot!)
I just see it on display and then boot to desktop. But only when i updated 15.6 to 16. In other case installer stuck on this title.
