Hi, where is the sshd log file on openSUSE? I can’t find it on
/var/log/auth.log

/var/log/messages has some data. Otherwise it depends on what you want.
What do you want?
Good luck.

Now that I know where the messages are I’m trying to put it on a file
only for ssh, btw do you know what is:
Mar 6 23:01:03 shinobu smartd[2608]: Device: /dev/sda [SAT], SMART
Prefailure Attribute: 1 Raw_Read_Error_Rate changed from 114 to 115
and
Mar 9 14:46:57 shinobu smartd[2335]: Device: /dev/sda [SAT], SMART
Prefailure Attribute: 3 Spin_Up_Time changed from 95 to 94
I found them when I type: grep “failure” /var/log/messages
