I want to make an rpm. I have the source, now I need to write a spec file. The problem is with the openSUSE:Specfile_guidelines. It says I am supposed to start with a template specfile, and refers me to a wiki page that does not exist. I cannot seem to find an openSUSE-specific spec file template either using google or on my computer. Does anybody have or know where I can find this template?
Try here. The specfile template you want is an rpm spec not an openSUSE spec that’s why your having hard time finding it.

The wiki is on a turmoil at the moment, they are making it afresh. If you know the title of the
page, use the search function to attempt to find it.
