This sounds completely like my issue
- Running “pulseaudio -k” should return your sound until the sound falls asleep again for more then 5 seconds.
- I have added
snd-intel-dspcfg.dsp_driver=1 to Grub. That solves it but at the cost of losing your internal microphone (external will work).
I am still waiting for a new kernel with a final solution.
