Some kind of kernel panic upon startup?

Every time i startup my system, this sometimes appear and sometimes it doesn’t when i boot into opensuse in grub

This problem started after a windows update (i disabled fast startup btw) back in march when i was still on Leap 15.6.,and still is a problem today even on tumbleweed. Any possible fix?

Okay nevermind, seems that the windows update that started this mess enabled fast startup without me knowing and removed the setting to disable it in the control panel.

fix: run powercfg /h off in the windows terminal as administrator

Okay nevermind, seems like that was a temporary solution

new solution: run powercfg /hibernate on as admin in windows terminal, then disable fast startup in the control panel
