Hi,
I have suffer the issue of putting my laptop to sleep and when it wake up, there is no wifi connection. This is annoying when laptop is idle and go to sleep. I believe this is a unique issue to AX200 + AMD laptop.
My solution is to add iwlmvm.power_scheme=1 iwlwifi.disable_rtpm=1 to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, you can also add the above parameters in YaST boot loader setting.
Similar method has been reported elsewhere, posting here if anyone have similar issue.

Other method does not work.
First I test with just turning wifi on and off. Does not work.
nmcli radio wifi off
nmcli radio wifi on
nmcli device status DEVICE TYPE STATE CONNECTION lo loopback connected (externally) lo eno1 ethernet unavailable -- wlp4s0 wifi unavailable --
Here, attempts to power wifi device and reload driver failed.
sudo rfkill unblock all
sudo modprobe -r iwlmvm
sudo modprobe -r iwlwifi
sudo modprobe iwlwifi
nmcli device status
DEVICE TYPE STATE CONNECTION lo loopback connected (externally) lo eno1 ethernet unavailable -- wlp4s0 wifi unavailable --
Another attempt by creating /etc/systemd/sleep.conf.d/override.conf
and add
[Sleep]
SuspendState=deep
Forcing SuspendState=deep remove sleep entirely, only hibernation option were left, so this is undesired
