I need to migrate SLES 11 sp2 in Hyper-V (Win 10) and I would like to know how to setup my virtual machine. Which generation: 1 or 2? VHD or VHDX disks? IDE or SCSI? Something else? SLES 11 is old and i’m afraid that if I choose the newest options in Hyper-V then not everything will work well.
