Anyone update me on how to add/edit my signature for adding to the bottom of a post…?

The signature plugin is not used/enabled in this Discourse instance.
But you can modify your profile to some extent. Click on your user icon in the upper right corner, user icon again a little bit down at the right, settings, profile.
