was making fresh install on Kalpa and before installing nvidia drivers checked repos what is enabled and saw openSUSE MicroOS repo is disabled by default

# | Alias | Name | Enabled | GPG Check | Refresh
--+-----------------------------+----------------------------------------+---------+-----------+--------
1 | openSUSE-MicroOS-20240716-0 | openSUSE-MicroOS-20240716-0 | No | ---- | ----
2 | repo-debug | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Debug | No | ---- | ----
3 | repo-non-oss | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Non-Oss | Yes | (r ) Yes | Yes
4 | repo-openh264 | Open H.264 Codec (openSUSE Tumbleweed) | Yes | (r ) Yes | Yes
5 | repo-oss | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss | Yes | (r ) Yes | Yes
6 | repo-source | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Source | No | ---- | ----
7 | repo-update | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Update | Yes | (r ) Yes | Yes

is it supposed tobe enabled and pull new updates there same as nvidia drivers or is it pulling all from tumbleweed? this is just something i started to think after fresh install and old install didint have this and had to enable nvidia repos and all updates coming from tumbleweed repos

You omit the most important information: the URL
But the alias and name of repo #1 suggests, that this is your installation medium and should stay disabled or get removed.

Always use zypper lr -d to show repo list.

And the documentation explains alot of stuff. As example that MicroOS/Kalpa gets the packages from Tumbleweed repos:
